Sewer Repair That’s Faster, Cheaper, Cleaner!
What is Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining (CIPP)?
Cured In Place Pipe Repair (CIPP) lining is a trenchless pipe repair technology used when the existing pipe is still in a circular shape but has problems such as separations, root penetrations, cracking, pinholes, is missing pipe, has misaligned pipes, or is rough. It usually allows us to repair the problem with NO DIGGING. We can often fix your problem in JUST 1 DAY!

Unfortunately, if you own a property that was built before the mid 1970’s, chances are high that this scenario will turn into a nightmare. If you are informed and prepared ahead of time then the nightmare can be reduced to a bad dream or even a slight annoyance. You should be aware that there is rarely a need for plumbers to excavate trenches in order to repair or replace the sewer pipes that are buried underground.
CIPP Lining Benefits:
- No Digging
- 1 Day Repairs
- Cost Effective
How Cured In Place Pipe Repair (CIPP) Works in Utah:
Analyze
We analyze the situation and inspect the pipe using a CCTV camera to determine existing problems and if CIPP lining would be the best repair solution.
Prepare
We clean the pipe so it is free of debris. Often this is done using hydrojetting, but we have other hardware available if necessary. Then we measure the distance we would like to “line” and cut a fiberglass and/or felt sleeve to that length. The sleeve is then saturated with epoxy.
Install
The epoxy-impregnated sleeve is folded and slid into the existing pipe. Once it is installed in the right location, a rubber bladder is inflated, and the epoxy is allowed to cure. New technology also allows us to invert the liner shooting it into the pipe and cure using ultraviolet light.
Finish
After the epoxy has cured, we remove the inflatable bladder, leaving behind a new, circular pipe that covers the problem area. The new pipe is non-corrosive and does not allow root intrusion. Once again we perform a CCTV inspection to make sure everything meets our standards. You are back in service.
- Occasionally an access point might need to be excavated or the job might take longer than one day, however, this is typically more cost effective when compared to traditional pipe replacement that requires extensive digging.
Where CIPP Lining Can Be Used:
Single Family Homes
When a homeowner is faced with plumbing problems such as a leaking sewer line due to root intrusion, his or her first reaction may be to call a plumber to fix the issue. However, there are better, less destructive alternatives to replacing pipes or repiping: Pipe bursting and cured in place pipe repair are great options.
Restore Pipe Systems can help you repair your home’s pipe problems more quickly and less destructively than traditional repipe or pipe replacement.
Multi-Tenant / Family Buildings
As the owner or manager of a multifamily building(s), you not only have to make decisions as to the most cost effective way to fix a pipe problem, you also have to be mindful of the inconvenience this will cause your tenants.
Our advanced technology offers you a less disruptive and more viable option for pipe renewal because it has the ability to fix both pressurized piping systems and non-pressurized piping system using existing access points.

Why are your drivers (company trucks) running STOP signs in residential neighborhoods with children present? This happened at 4:55 PM Saturday March 28th 2026 in Mendon, Utah. Driver was in a white shirt and tie headed to the church of Jesus Christ latter-day Saints If I see your company trucks running the stop sign in my neighborhood again I’m turning that license plate into the police ! NOT HAPPYPosted on Google Becky HodgesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Scott is the man!! We had been dealing with low water pressure for a month. After talking to the city twice and a visit from a plumber. We were referred to excavation companies to dig up our front yard. After finding out the cost of excavation, I decided to call Restore Pipe Systems. Scott showed up the same day and took a look at our valves, and water tank. He got those broken items replaced in no time and contacted the city for me. He stayed and told them what he had found. It was not a pipe in my yard after all, but we had low flow from the city. I felt so relieved of stress, less money out of my pocket, the job was done and we're back to full pressure showers again! Thank you Scott!
